Our Celebration Performance for
NJTAP COVID-19 RELIEF FUND
Dear Patrons of New Jersey Tap Ensemble,
Thank you for staying in touch with us during this unprecedented crisis caused by the COVID-19 virus. We are delighted to hear from you through our Facebook Page, Instagram and the numerous emails received by our staff and dancers.
As much as we miss you and would like to open our doors, your health and safety are our highest priority, Therefore, we much continue to comply with official government guidelines and directives.
Our dancers have volunteered to teach virtual classes to our young artists in NJTAP2, and additional online classes will be planned for our patrons in the Fall in the event social distancing must continue.
Income that we receive from classes, workshops, performances and expected grant monies have all been lost due to this crisis. We are setting up a Relief Fund to sustain our general operating expenses as well as our dancers and staff during this turbulent time. We appreciate any amount you might be able to contribute to this fund. Our board will match the first $5,000 contributed.
Thank you for your support as together we weather this storm and look forward to the 2020-2021 season.
Deborah Mitchell, Executive/Artistic Director
